Came in to room with his mind made up of the problem. Never reviewed the therapy report. Pushed cortisone shot which didn't work. After leaving my records show answers to questions he never asked. This doctor just going through the motions and don't care about your health.
This doctor is one of the best I have ever been to. You can tell he cares about you as a patient and his bedside manner is impeccable. He makes sure to go through your problem thoroughly with you explaining all details and options. I wish all doctors cared and had has much passion for their job that he does!
He is best knee dr need to loose some weight I’ve done that hopefully it’s enough to get the first knee done the I need second knee done thank u dr Bernstein for the referral
I've been a patient of Dr. Bresch's for maybe 15 years. He never pushed surgery, just laid out the options and timelines. Regular cortisone shots for a while. In 2019, it was time, and I had him do a partial replacement of my left knee. Result was excellent. Then in late 2022, I had him do another partial replacement on my right knee. Both surgeries were excellent and recoveries were swift. I was driving in 2 weeks (off narcotic pain killers quickly) and (I'm a Pilot) was flying in 4 weeks. Now 6 months since the right - no ... read more
I had partial knee replacement 12/2019 and was completely satisfied with Dr. Bresch and his team. He doesn't push surgery, but gives you alternatives and usually suggests PT as a first approach if that's a possibility. Then, in my case, a series of cortisone shots, until I was sure it was time for surgery. I recovered quickly and have full use of that leg and knee without pain. I continue at-home PT and it's lasting very nicely. He has my strong recommendation.
I’ve been going to Dr Bresch for two decades and he and his PT group kept my knees sound that entire time. Last winter, it was finally time for a partial knee replacement and, now five months later, I could not be more pleased. Professional, caring and understanding! He does not push surgery, but is excellent once you get there. I’m likely to need to do the other one in a few years, maybe less, and I won’t hesitate to use his services again. Follow his program, and be ultra religious about PT, and it will be a success.
