He removed a ganglion cyst now going back for hand knuckle pain. I trust him. Then I saw him years later and he seems distracted. He forgot that he had already greeted me and had already told him why I was there.
His office manager is the rudest person. Audrey canceled my surgery date and never notified me. Then when i called the day before my surgery to find out where and time, she told me I rescheduled your surgery and you didn’t show up. On my patient form I had five ways of contact. I was never notified. Now i can’t get her to call me back with a schedule time. After three weeks of no calls i found another doctor that took care of me. I I’ve never experienced such rudeness on the phone with her. Laura Piersall
Dr B did DePuytrens corrective surgery on my hand. He and the staff at Oklahoma Surgical Center were the best I could have imagined. He's very good at it. His bedside manner is excellent. I could not recommend him any more completely than I do.
