Everyone from the front desk, the nurse, and the doctor were extremely helpful, compassionate, kind, and professional. I felt heard and cared for and respected.
Called to inquire about services & help navigating the healthcare system after the ER doctor at the jubilee failed to fax medical forms correctly for referrals. When I spoke over the phone with the operator, they did not announce themselves and when I wasn't even finished trying to get the information out, they interrupted & went on a long speech on referring me to go ELSEWHERE because they will not have a doctor on staff for a week.
