Very loud construction in the building and on the roof for 5 months now, most days has hours of loud drilling that shakes the flat, making it impossible to sleep or work. Capreit team do not respond to any emails or questions. They do instantly reach out with a fine if your rent is paid a few hours late though. It's a beautiful area, but please choose literally any other building to live in.
I found the management and staff very professional and friendly to deal with!
