Based on the reviews I see, the dr. is probably good but beware of billing issues.. I came for a "Free Consultation" a couple months ago.. I was clearly told I got free consultation and free x-rays to understand the case... A month later I got a bill!! I called the office and the lady told me that I still have to pay for that bill!! I tried to explain the situation but she started to cut me off.. then when she texted started telling me that they will send it to collections!! I am really happy I found Dr. Polley. I had bad experience with 2 previous dentists who placed crowns on my teeth and messed up my bite... it was really sad situation... Thank God I found Dr. Polley's office!! He did amazing job with new crowns and adjusted my whole bite... Over the years, I have had some really bad experiences with dental work. New to the area, I decided to give Dr. Polley a try, as I had to get work on a tooth. I have been so pleasantly pleased dealing with Dr. Polley. He is gentle and always ensures that I am not in pain while he treats me. Dr. Polley explains procedures and works with you to find solutions that you might not get with just any dentist.
