I came to Dr. Pickens with an emergency toothache. Everyone was so kind and sympathetic. They gave me pain relief and the great care of Dr. Pickens to make a plan to remedy the situation after the infection clears. Kind, caring, and professional. All you would want in a dentist!! Best damn dental office ever! I have been going on and off for the past year and a half and I have always been in and out in 15 min, treated with care and feel like I am right at home. I have already recommended this office to all of my friends and family, I suggest you do the same.
Dr.Pickens and staff are excellent. Not only did they calm my husband's fears but took great care of him. Now it's my turn. Was willing to listen to my wants and fears and came up with affordable plan of care

Dr. Pickens and his team are awesome! They provided excellent service, with an eye for details. They were offered fast service as well.
Going for a dental cleaning was a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly. After doing some quick paperwork to see if anything had changed medically I was immediately taken back to get X-rays and my teeth cleaned. There was no bleeding or pain. Dr. Pickens checked my teeth immediately after the cleaning and I was good to go.
Coming to Dr.Pickens is always a professional and personal experience. His staff is always courteous and friendly. His staff called me back sat me down , examined my tooth I was complaining about, X - rayed it and Dr. Pickens examen me as well. He offered me options and we discussed them. His staff had my paperwork completed my follow - up appointment set all before my original appointment time! Now that is efficiency! GREATLY DENTAL PRACTICE!!!!!
