Very thorough. Addresses all concerns. Never feel rushed. My TKR surgery went extremely well. I got 5 opinions before I chose my surgeon. He was my 3rd opinion. Dr. Chen explained the procedure more thoughtfully and thoroughly than others by far. And was actually eager to address and discuss my questions. Aftercare has been quick and efficient. I had a great experience using Dr. Chen for a full knee replacement this past January. My wife and I researched knee replacement surgeons for several months.
