Dr. Chen is a great surgeon and a great communicator, a rare combination in this profession. In addition, his entire staff are professional, warm and caring. In sum, I had a terrific patient experience and outcome.
Bottom Line : Dr. Chen exceeded all my surgical expectations. My recovery took much less time than I anticipated and the pain level for the first few days was lower than I expected. I have waited for 15 years to have this surgery, because I know someone who had a failed total hip replacement surgery by another orthopedic surgeon.
