Each and every time that I frequent this store (since opening day) the customer service has been outstanding! The wait time is short and the sales associates always greet with a smile!

This review is for the new location in West Town Mall near the Starbucks stand. NOT inside the Dillard’s. This is Traci & Darian they were my sales people on my first experience when I spent $500 for their charm event. They were most definitely very kind. I have to give minus one star due to the lack of training. Even tho I do give grace that this is a new location.
