This review is for the new location in West Town Mall near the Starbucks stand. NOT inside the Dillard’s. This is Traci & Darian they were my sales people on my first experience when I spent $500 for their charm event. They were most definitely very kind. I have to give minus one star due to the lack of training. Even tho I do give grace that this is a new location. We have been doing business with them at this store counter at Dillard’s since 2017. The same salesperson has been there all along. This is a top notch company with a great history and outstanding customer service when something happens to a piece of jewelry.
