LJ was very rude to me. I went in to pick up some items that I had left for cleaning and she just took them out and left them there and would have made me take them by hand if it wasn’t for me asking for two little bags. I had left multiple pieces and said that the limit was 10 but when I left them no one mentioned that. Overall the store is great and customer service was always good until today where LJ was with a rude attitude.
I had a great experience here! Adriana provided excellent customer service and took the time to answer all my questions.
Had a issue with a charm and the lovely lady’s helped me out with incredible speed and kindness unfortunately the only names I got was racy (not sure if that’s how she spells it I only spoke to her on the phone) and Araceli but all the girls that helped me was fantastic
