Each piece of jewelry we create is inspired by the most precious things in life: love, family, friendship and faith. Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our store at Southpark Meadows in Austin!

While the in-person retail experience is diminishing, dedicated employees like her, along with the exquisite silver jewelry offered here, ensure my continued patronage. I went on Christmas Eve and they were busy. But they had plenty of cashier's and helpers so I was in and out pretty quickly. Especially since I went like others not knowing exactly what I wanted to get. Very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is I wish they would have more in stock.
Amy the store manager is amazing! She was extremely compassionate and helpful with my online order that was misplaced in the mail. She was quick to respond and assured me that my order would be delivered in time for the holidays. Over the moon pleased with the custom service Amy and her staff has provided!
