I have to say that James and Suzanne are life savers. As I arrived in Birmingham the night before my appointment my check gages light came on showing low oil pressure. I called 6 different shops to have it checked. Sorry we are busy, sorry we dont service vehicles that old, sorry we don't service Dodge. When you are 3.5 hours from home this can be very overwhelming for a 63 yrs old woman. From the moment I walked in they made me feel like everything would be okay.
