My experience with James Auto Wholesale was not pleasant. I will agree that the staff, especially Brandon was great to work with. Arlene on the other hand was not! I purchased a '2004 Ford Explorer with the extended warranty. My payments were $175 every 2 weeks; never misses a payment until I had to have emergency surgery. James Auto did allow me to miss the upcoming payment, however it was at a high cost. Fun staff! Bought a vehicle for the first time by myself and they made it easy for me to get nice vehicle at a great price. They don't bug you or take an advantage of you. My vehicle would have easily costed me $12,000 or more, but ended up being half of that with no kind of auto problems! Payments are bi-weekly, but that makes it easier for me to make sure I keep that up! :) Recommended for a first-time buyer.
