I had such a great experience with Shanika at the Blue Nile Georgetown showroom! She was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process of choosing my diamond and setting. She answered all of my questions, gave me helpful suggestions, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. She was also very friendly and made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. I’m really happy with my ring and truly appreciate all of her help.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sandi! She was so kind, patient, and helpful. We really appreciated her assistance in explaining our ring warranty and guiding us through the repair process. I went to this store with friends who were shopping for an engagement ring and the staff member (an older, white woman) who was helping them was very rude. She commented to another staff behind my friend's back that her hands were bloated for several minutes and then proceeded to say they didn't have any rings in her size to try on. Her size was 7.5. I felt like were were in Pretty Woman and I wanted to scream 'we have money to spend in here! Big mistake, huge!
