I went to this store with friends who were shopping for an engagement ring and the staff member (an older, white woman) who was helping them was very rude. She commented to another staff behind my friend's back that her hands were bloated for several minutes and then proceeded to say they didn't have any rings in her size to try on. Her size was 7.5. I felt like were were in Pretty Woman and I wanted to scream 'we have money to spend in here! Big mistake, huge!
