Service was immediately, not much waiting. Seemed to be well knowlegeable with field of service.
He was amazing, came into the office he got right down to the issue I had,got xray and mri in a timely matter. Explained in detail what was found and what would be needed to get onto the correct path of healing!
After diagnosis of broken foot previous day at urgent care I made appointment at LOG and was to see Doctor Rochester. Everyone I dealt with from check in to checkout was very kind and helpful. Doctor Rochester was very caring and explained everything to me. He made me feel at ease and was very reassuring. He was genuinely concerned and caring and made my anxious visit very easy and pleasant. I am very grateful for his kindness and help. Kudos to everyone there at LOG.

Dr. Rochester is more than just an incredible doctor; he’s also an amazing human being. I was so lucky to get Dr. Rochester as an occupational health doctor after I ended up with seemingly endless post-concussion syndrome. He’s incredibly kind and always validated me and made me feel heard. He also ensured that I got the best care and services, and I got to where i am today largely because of him. Lancaster area concussion patients are so lucky to have him. I’ll always be grateful for him; he gave me my life back.
