I was referred to LOG with a same day urgent visit. Check-in was speedy and efficient. I was called before I could sit in the waiting room. Dr. Rochester was the best. He was friendly, straightforward, and while explaining, made things easy to understand. His instructions were also easy to understand. Check-out was also efficient with a follow-up appointment made.
Dr.Rochester was absolutely wonderful so kind and explained everything to me and my plan of care! His medical advice and expertise was highly appreciated and he needs to be highly mentioned for this!!
