Dr. Rochester listened to everything I had to say regarding the pain and lack of mobility in my arm. After he did a comprehensive testing for pain in all the muscles of my shoulder and arm, he was able to determine that muscle was not the source of the problem. We then looked at my X-rays from 2 years ago and those that were just taken and saw just how much more arthritis I now have. Dr Rochester was very caring and proficient in treating my shoulder. He listened to my concerns and ask follow up questions. He then gave me a virtually pain free cortisone injection in my shoulder. Being diabetic has was very careful to warn me of the fact that the injection would raise my blood sugars for up to 2 weeks. Kind and friendly staff! Easy check in and quick turnaround to get me back to see Dr Rochester. Dr Rochester was so kind, thorough and was able to identify my issue immediately. Also had X-rays in the office (Lisa was so great!). So glad I chose this practice and pleased with my care!
Dr. Rochester was attentive to my issue and explained everything to me in a manner that I could easily understand. I had a very pleasant visit and feel much better about which direction to go regarding my health and wellness.
