Explain thoroughly to me possible problems with going on with me during the visit
Dr Rochester was very caring and proficient in treating my shoulder. He listened to my concerns and ask follow up questions. He then gave me a virtually pain free cortisone injection in my shoulder. Being diabetic has was very careful to warn me of the fact that the injection would raise my blood sugars for up to 2 weeks. Kind and friendly staff! Easy check in and quick turnaround to get me back to see Dr Rochester. Dr Rochester was so kind, thorough and was able to identify my issue immediately. Also had X-rays in the office (Lisa was so great!). So glad I chose this practice and pleased with my care!
Dr. Rochester was attentive to my issue and explained everything to me in a manner that I could easily understand. I had a very pleasant visit and feel much better about which direction to go regarding my health and wellness.
