I only gave one star because I had to. I would prefer a negative!! I very strongly dislike living here. The management is just the worst!!! Maintenance is the BEST, so helpful, kind and executes their job marvelously!!! Otherwise DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! Gates are broken routinely and the office/ management staff is awful, arrogant, so rude, FAKE and acts like you are inconveniencing them. One word to describe Jamboree is "LEMON." I've been a resident at Jamboree for a little over a year now. It's a very beautiful complex with nice amenities; however, the maintanance crew is incompetent. You have to call them out several times to fix a problem over and over again. And forget about trying to schedule a time for them to come while your at home. The response time is usually 2-3 days. The office staff (including the manager) are rude.
