Visited the Jamba Juice today for a quick stop and left satisfied! The customer service was on point, with the employees being personable and happy to help! The pretzels came out quickly (and fresh!) and my smoothie was absolutely delicious! Will be back.
been waiting on the drive through with a car that was already here before i pulled up waiting on order. no one else here but two cars in the drive through. why does it take 20-30 minutes to receive our food? this is the 3rd time i’ve encountered this at this location.

I believe this person would be better suited to a role that minimizes interaction with customers, such as preparing beverages in the background. The girl needs to take her role serious and stop the aggressive tone.
