Customer service was okay. The staff didn't seem as cheerful and it appeared there was some kind of tension between two employees as the tone in their speech was kinda harsh. My spinach wrap was delivered as expected, hot and good. My mango-a-go-go missed its mark. The consistency was that of orange juice, no smoothieness to it. And the flavor didn't taste like how I usual get it. Maybe today was just not this location's day.

I've been to a lot of Jamba Juice up and down California and in Hawaii and everyone of them greeted you with a huge "welcome in" and smiles. This location was absolutely dead. Definitely not the Jamba Juice I'm used to seeing. Guess I have to skip this location and find another next time I'm in Napa.

I live in Fairfield and went to napa today and I usually get the something off the secret menu and saw it online and the gal in front was straight up rude and wouldn't make it cause it wasn't on the board... Well I'm never going there again. Its going to be a while I ever go back to a jamba juice if they act like that.
