It's great to find a third Jamba that I can rely on- they're quick, and they do a great job making the drinks. I absolutely love that it's a drive-thru! And it moves really fast! I've never been stuck in line for a long period of time, and trust me, I come here enough to be able to say that. The service is great! I had a drink that wasn't a 10, but I knew it was likely because of my additions. They remade it for me without hesitation. Brianna gave excellent customer service!
Asked for two greens and ginger and this is what they insisted it was avoiding to double check or correct the issue. On the right is the actual greens and ginger. SMH
I LOVE Jamba Juice. However, I went to this one today. The person didn't answer my 2 "Hellos", so I drove up to the window. She was eating, with food on her mouth, and hands. She explained that she was "on break", clearly not. So I say, "I will come in." I go in to find a very dirty shop...and 3 employees burst through the back door, like I'm raiding the place. 15+ minute wait in the drive-thru for a smoothie is excessive. If you’re in a hurry, I wouldn’t recommend using the drive-thru at this location.
