I LOVE Jamba Juice. However, I went to this one today. The person didn't answer my 2 "Hellos", so I drove up to the window. She was eating, with food on her mouth, and hands. She explained that she was "on break", clearly not. So I say, "I will come in." I go in to find a very dirty shop...and 3 employees burst through the back door, like I'm raiding the place. 15+ minute wait in the drive-thru for a smoothie is excessive. If you’re in a hurry, I wouldn’t recommend using the drive-thru at this location.
Everything is delicious and the customer service is perfect every time ☺️
It’s 7:05 on Tuesday Aug 26th and you aren’t open. Frustrating
