To preface, I barely ever take the time to write reviews, and if I do, it’s usually to write something positive out of gratitude! I’m taking the time today because of the exceptionally bad service. I ordered food at the pizza place next door, on Monday 3/2/26 at 12:03pm, and came here to order a smoothie while waiting for my pizza. When I went up to the register to order, there was no one there. Took around 15 min for our drink to be ready. We asked for an extra cup to share our smoothie (which cost $14 after tax) and learned it was an extra dollar (!!!) for an extra (empty) cup
Placed an order for a smoothie and the worker just disappeared nowhere to be seen for 10 minutes. I had to run to my gate to make it for my plane in time so I couldn't even get my smoothie. Myself and another customer in line kept trying to wave down an employee to no avail. Very disappointing experience as there were no other orders except for mine and this girl. Would like to get a refund for this order that I wasn't able to receive in a timely fashion as this is unacceptable.
Finally got a good Smoothie! We have been to two previous locations around the Anaheim area and they were all very mid. This smoothie was fresh and made correctly! Done minutes after ordered and staff was very friendly!
Food was good. Airport prices so expect to pay more. Customer service is terrible. Worker was very rude and angry the entire time. Based on other reviews, this seems to be the norm.
