First time at Jamba Juice, I hoped for better. Ordered three drinks ( two smoothies and a strawberry lemonade mix thing they had.) Asked for strawberry in one of my smoothies and proceed to wait for my order. 10 minutes after the fact, they tell me they don't have strawberry puree for the lemonade. I tell them that its okay I'll just get the refund for it. I tried Jamba for the first time a few weeks ago and have been back 2 more times since, and EVERY time I’m met with such a rude employee Arianna, I love the drinks here but she makes coming here so unpleasant and uncomfortable.

The gentleman who took care of us was wonderful! He helped us with our selection and both of our smoothies were delicious! Highly recommend!
