Been about 3 weeks since I placed an online order. When I stopped by to pick it up, they were closed (3 pm or so) do to last minute building maintenance. Reached out via app to ask about refund, according to District Manager, full refunds were going out in a few days. Been close to 3 weeks and no refund yet.
Very awful customer service. A bunch of rude Uneducated workers with no manners. The Manager is very rude and has moral extremely low. She's been rude to me the whole time I came to this store. This place is a Disgrace!
There is no line or place for online orders. Walk ins are put as priority. You could place and order online and show up on time just to have walk ins come in and walk out with their order way before you . Workers stare at you without talking to you unless you put youre self in line . No " welcome in" no " online order?" or even a good attitude. What happened to customer service with a smile ?.
