Walked in smalled nasty, was super dirty. If they can clean the counter tops, fridge doors and floor can't imagine what else is dirty. Didn't order anything and just walked out because I was grossed out.
I’ve stopped by this location on two separate occasions for a fresh ginger cayenne shot. The first time, I was told the machine didn’t work. Today, I was told they were out of ginger.
I don’t normally leave reviews but to walk into an establishment and be completely ignored is wild. I understand being busy or being in the middle of an order but to not even acknowledge someone standing in front of you at the register is crazy. Had no problem waiting but fasho felt ignored while in line. A simple “I’ll be right with you.” Instead of avoiding eye contact would’ve went a long way. Why would I spend $$ here? Quietly walked out. That was wild to me. 12/1/24 145pm whoever was on duty.
Hands down the worst location when it comes to customer service. I have been coming to this location for years unfortunately since it’s the closest in proximity. Just so you know I’m not basing this review off of one visit. The employees are rude, they don’t speak, and they don’t acknowledge you. I order online so my drink is ready before I get there just so I don’t have to deal with them.
