Inexplicably closed
Only one guy working and he was extremely overwhelmed (on a Saturday) and had to keep looking at directions but a roach was crawling on the floor so I had to cancel my order It’s been a long time since I’ve come I came down today. It says that they’re open when you go online but they are closed. Lights are off store is closed, it is Monday at 12:55 PM.
Closed in the middle of the day (2:45pm) on a Thursday with no sign to alter their normal posted business hours. Just a dark, locked shop. Very unprofessional.
I’ve been to this location twice. The first time my smoothie came out very chunky, and today I went back around noon and they were closed, with no signage indicating why they closed in the middle of the day. I like Jamba but I’d rather drive 15 minutes away to the other location because this one isn’t reliable.
