Very messy, took a very long time to make our smoothies, only had one person working and he left when somebody else came. Waited for 30 minutes to leave because our small drink didn't come out.
I wish I could give this zero stars! Terrible, terrible experience today! Two people working incredibly slowly despite a huge line of people waiting to order. No sense of urgency, and the explanation when one customer asked about the wait was told they were “cleaning”. After waiting behind two other people for more than 15 minutes, I had to leave since neither employee seemed to be interested in taking any orders. Terrible. Lazy. Unclean staff. Touching hair, phone, broom. And food. Waited 30 minutes and so rude with attitude
Never posted a review before but I wanted the owner to be aware of poor service their place is providing. The cashier was extremely rude and wait time was excessive. After 22 minutes of waiting I asked the server where we were in the queue. She directed me to cashier and after asking him the same question he threw his sharpie in the air and walked to walked to the back without verbally responding. They are always understaffed and running out of all ingredients and closing for very long periods of time and the guy in the picture needs to work on his customer service because he was rather rude during my last visit. I Always see one person working here.
