Don't wait your time. I have been at bwi 3 times in the last couple weeks. Everytime I have tried to order an acai bowl and everytime they have told be no.
The cashier, Washington, was very rude. Rushed me to order saying, “Ate you ready because I’m going to close!” I was barely at the counter for 30 seconds reading the menu. I got some Caribbean smoothie that tasted like ice water with a hint of sugar free peach juice. It’s been years since I’ve had Jamba and this experience was enough to never go back. Marjorie was kind enough to make sure the smoothie was at least blended correctly. I wish I’d read the reviews before stopping by. I would have saved my money and time.
By far the worst the worst Jamba I’ve ever been to. Fly through frequently and every time the customer service is horrendous, the counter is frequently left unattended and am left waiting for 5mins only for the employee to pop out from the back looking at me like I’m an idiot for expecting service and then stating that they are out of ingredients across the board. Hint, just put out a sign to avoid having customers waiting for service (god forbid)
Decent
The hours were updated by the business as opening at 4:30am. At 5:15am I went to get a smoothie and açaí bowl since I don’t have time to grab food for the next 12 hours. They had everything set up but were saying they don’t open until 6. Thank you for not honoring your posted hours, not convenient at all. Shouldn’t have been surprised with how low the ratings here are
