It was a nice chill way to start our morning. The manager was the only one working today and he was smiling nonstop while he ran around taking care of everyone. He knew the regulars by name and had helpful suggestions for their orders. We tried using the self order kiosk for the first time and it went smoothly even though I wasn't sure how to use my jamba points. We normally go to Issaquah but this is definitely a Jamba location revisiting. Thanks Rick!
Although compact, located conveniently in a plaza ensuring swift turnover. Service was prompt, and the premises were well-maintained which is very important for a smoothie place.
I went to this factoria location today and Lukas B had great customer service skills and he made my smoothie perfect.
They always had issues with orange juice either with the machine or they are out of oranges.
