Jamba Juice advertises “fresh juices,” but in reality there’s barely anything truly fresh about the experience. It’s disappointing when you go in expecting simple, clean options and find out they can’t even make a smoothie with just one fruit. That should be the most basic request at a place built around fruit drinks. If customization isn’t possible and fresh options are so limited, it really makes you question what they’re offering and why. Definitely not what you’d expect from a juice and smoothie shop.
I’ve gone here twice in the last few months and both times I’ve been happy with my food and the employees. The bowl was filled to the top and ingredients looked/ tasted fresh. Everything in today’s world is expensive so I don’t mind the price I paid for the quality.
I went there today and ordered a large chunky strawberry bowl, and I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t filled up all the way. I love their bowls and will continue to get them just wish I would get what I paid for.
