I love healthy shakes with nutritional supplements.
I ordered the PB Banana Plus at Jamba Juice, and it tasted completely off from what I expected. On top of that, I paid for a large, but the cup wasn’t even filled to the top. To make things worse, it wasn’t cold at all, which is unacceptable for a smoothie. I tried calling to complain, but their phone didn’t even work. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience—definitely a waste of my money and time.
Unsatisfactory encounter: I purchased an acai smoothie, however, the strawberries were not adequately blended. It is recommended that this establishment be closed. Unsatisfactory encounter.
Poor Service & Bad Smoothie I had a terrible experience at Jamba Juice. My smoothie was awful—it didn’t taste right at all. The employee, a young guy with curly hair, didn’t even make it properly. On top of that, he started serving other customers before even finishing my order. Really disappointing service and a waste of money. Won’t be coming back.
