Service was terrible and rude.
I am highly allergic to mango and I carefully read the ingredients on the website before purchasing. On the site it says, strawberries, peaches, and oranges. On the receipt, it lists more ingredients including mango. Do better and include everything listed. Please understand the dangers what this could have caused.
I would not recommend supporting this Jamba Juice location due to management and overall operations. The manager there demonstrates a lack of professionalism and the environment feels disorganized and consistently understaffed, and employees appear to receive minimal training, which affects both service quality and overall efficiency. These issues significantly impact the customer experience.
The customer service girl at the store should be kinder and more helpful; she left my order on the table without the slightest gesture of friendliness.
