The first time I went here the cashier charged my little sister for a more expensive item than she ordered and they got very upset when I asked them to give her her change back. The second time I went here I tried to use a gift card and when it wouldn’t scan for the regular card reader the cashier asked if I had a different card instead of scanning or typing the gift card number into the POS, which I thought was weird since I used to work in food and we would type in the gift card numbers every time someone brought one in. I wasn’t sure how to order and the ladies helped me get exactly what I wanted!! Their customer service was exceptional and made me feel welcomed!!
I walk at the mall 1-2 times per week. Every time, they say they don't have wheat grass. So then I try to oder the fresh ginger shot and they say they are out of that, too. I think they just don't want to clean the machine. Don't have those on the menu if you are never going to serve it!
