The rudest most condescending set of young ladies I have encountered when bringing my family to this establishment. We will stick to the other locations that are free from eye roles, glares and often are fully stocked. We tried to order the frozen hot chocolate like the huge hand made sign suggesting and advised they are out and she wrote it on the receipt paper next to the board…. 4 starts because they closed early and I was forced to go to tropical smoothie cafe and pay $33 for some garbage that tasted like watered down, year old sunny D.
I had been at this location before a while back and the service was okay and my smoothie was great, so I went back and the customer service is non existing. First of all the cashier was very rude and then when I asked.about a promotion she didn't know anything about it. As a company it is your responsibility to train yoir employees about promotions.
