I go to 3 different locations near Granada Hills. I always order a large Penut Butter Mood with whey protein and I get it back with extra in a separate cup. But this is the 3rd time here when I am served by a guy (mid 20s) with glasses, tells me there is no extra. But today he tells me I ordered without whey protein, yet I paid for the price with whey protein.
