I've been getting a smoothie every day after I workout out for a few weeks. Every time I go to this location and ask for extra thick it comes out runny. I explained this to the girl today, and she was somewhat combative about it. I let her know the location on Devonshire makes it perfect every time by adding less liquid. The service was unusually unwelcoming the past two times I visited. I ordered at the drive-thru Sunday evening (3/15/26) about 9:30pm, when I noticed I no longer get asked my number or if I have the app. When I got to the window with the app open, the girl was trying to hand me my drink when she paused & had to turn around and grab the scanner.
