My partner went here for a drink at 8.10 PM and was told the place was closed, even though the posted closing time is 9 PM. She was turned away by a young woman with brown hair who seemed rude and dismissive. This is unacceptable, and honestly, it felt like racism. Management needs to deal with this.
I ordered a bowl from them 3 weeks ago. They told me that they don’t make bowls when I got there. And couldn’t refund my money. I sent 2 messages to Jamba Juice and no one responded. Also- the phone number at this location doesn’t work. Ever. Don’t order here if you want food for your train. When I contacted Jamba juice they told me that you denied my request for a refund. And your phone number doesn’t work. Can you contact me? This is ridiculous.
theres biodegradable straws that are like cardboard so when you drink the straw gets soggy. carrot juice was good but they didnt fill it up to the top. nice customer service. really friendly girls. There's no wheat grass now or fresh carrot juice
