The guy who made my daughter’s drink sipped from it and passed it to the other attendant to serve it to us. That is disgusting and unacceptable! If we were not watching and did not call them out on it. We would never have known. Please hire more professional staff!!!
Your employees are on their phone at all times there was another one hiding on her phone while there’s a line of six people here not one of them addressed us and I’ve been standing in line for over five minutes. Terrible service. I wonder how many people they do this to.
I've been at this location several times. Staff are never friendly, seems like they hate their job, actually. Also they seem to always be out of acai bowls
Mango smoothie has no taste it’s like frozen water When we told the lady who works there, she spoke to us in a very inappropriate way, as if we had said something bad to her. Go back there ? Never
