asked if they accept card and black lady with glasses bald headed said she was on her “break” but when i left she attended a lady and that was so rude jamba do better yall will never get costumers with that attitude
Sadly I had the same experience as another customer. The mall had just opened. I arrived to order a smoothie and one Acai bowl at 11:15 am. The attendant left a sign to say will return restroom break. We waited 20 minutes for her to say she is only making smoothies. She seemed upset and not happy to be at work. No customer service at all. This is the second time we visited this location with the employee displaying the same.
This place closes 15 min before closing time. Poor customer service too!
Employees were very rude. We waited until they opened and got a “just get them out of here” with an eye roll. Not a good look for Jamba.
Similiar to other recent reviews sat for ten+ minutes waiting for someone to man the booth while they were open. No one appeared
