I'm a huge fan of Jamba Juice. I go often and this location is prime however the customer service here is super inconsistent, you never know what you're going to get. Today I tried to order on the app which told me the location wasn't able to support credit cards, so then I went to the location to order in person where they denied me service because they were behind on many orders at the time. Super rude guys, from the moment we place the order till we receive it. Not patient. One of the employees serve me a drink that wasn't mine, after I put the straw inside I noticed that and let them know, and guess what ? They we're rude and told me not to take drinks that aren't mine although they gave it to me.
I had a really bad experience. The service was terrible — the staff were rude, impatient, and lacked basic manners. The drinks were bland and watery, definitely didn’t taste like real smoothies. Overall, not a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I went this afternoon to order a smoothie, the employee working was rude and dismissive. I tired getting their attention and told me to hold on because they were washing dishes. Once I was ordering and they were telling me my total, they mumbled and I asked “I’m sorry can you repeat that” and proceeded to talk to me in a very slow tone. I’m not slow, they simply didn’t speak up. Never again loll
The guy who made my daughter’s drink sipped from it and passed it to the other attendant to serve it to us. That is disgusting and unacceptable! If we were not watching and did not call them out on it. We would never have known. Please hire more professional staff!!!
