Zero star you should close and go home if I need to stay 45 min for some pretzels Just unprofessional
Great everything
Definitely echoing others in that there are never pretzels ready to go. Mixed experiences with staff some friendly outgoing some seem to be inattentive. Big complaint is that this franchise doesnt participate in jamba programs like thirsty Thursdays. Big let down
I love this place amazing food and amazing workers sometimes it takes a few extra minutes to get food but what can you expect it’s an oven !! Perfect customer service
Incredibly over priced for what we got! Our hands were covered in a “oily grease” from the pretzel. That was extremely thin and very crunchy. The smoothie was HORRIBLE! I was spitting out chunks of banana, there was so WAY to much orange in it causing it to be incredibly sour, instead heart burn and undrinkable! The kicker…we waited forever to get our order, sat down to eat and in between customers we watched a employee stand behind the counter and eat her food….ummm maybe nobody told her that’s a health code violation??
