Such a disappointment from a loyal Jamba customer (2-3 visits per week). Tried this different locations as we were in the area. Ordered a large primo bowl, unfortunately it was not even half full (large empty portions on the bottom) and the strawberries were not ripe. They also gave part of our order to another customer in the drive through and had to wait almost 10 minutes for more to be made. Good thing the smoothly was made correctly.
Slow 9min with no other customers and two people working and it didn’t taste the same as it has before. If I were a teenager, I guess I could have gotten a few pretzels free. The young man handed out free bags to his buddies before my Jamba was finished.
My daughter is obsessed with the strawberry wild and her big pretzel. Super convenient spot to grab a quick snack while driving through Bakersfield! My son is also in love with the little pretzel dog bites, perfect size for little hands :)
