I took my wedding ring to be repaired, during Christmas. They had it looking better than new, and done in just a couple days.
Jalin Jewelers offers wonderful, genuine customer service! I had a “ring emergency” where an accident at work bent my engagement ring to point that it could not be removed from my finger and was causing my finger to swell. The staff immediately jumped to my aid when I walked in the door and graciously cut my ring from my finger. They advised me in the next steps of repairing my ring, assuring me that everything could be saved. I stopped by Jalin Jewelers today to have a bracelet adjusted. I assumed in this busy season that it might take a while to get my bracelet adjusted, but was pleasantly surprised when they were able to help me out immediately. Everyone I interacted with in this shop was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this business.

We have worked with Todd and his company since they began the business. We see many of our mutual customers at his store 3 times a year when we bring our estate jewelry to their store. He runs a great store with friendly service and a fine quality jeweler on staff.
