They communicated with me through every step of the process and it turned out stunning. Todd has a great sense of humor and is easy to talk with. I drove to several name brand jewelers who would not or could not fix my gold plated necklace. Finally, one of them recommended Jalin Jewelers. I'm always going to recommend the old fashion establishments who do what they can without the "red tape" of corporate roadblocks. I was even surprised he didn't charge me for the minor repair either. Fabulous family run jewelry store where they will customize beautiful pieces for you. Years ago I was given by my husband that Jalin made was and is magnificent will always cherish my diamond bracelet which did wear daily even when teaching my Step Strength Yoga always wore
