Very Attentive – Individuals involved in my move-in were very attentive and conducted thoughtful follow-through
Terrible Management, terrible staff, massive delays in getting anything done – The worst service I have ever received. Completely disorganized, staff is overwhelmed and incompetent which makes for a useless organization. Most frustrating business I have ever dealt with. Should not be used as management for ANY cooperative building. They lied to me and I am sure they will lie to everyone else they deal with. Can't get critical paperwork completed. Totally inept at doing their job. Worthless.
