bomb milkshakes and pretty decent prices
I've ordered Way back via Grubhub twice now and have been completely satisfied. My order was made exactly to my request including care to avoid my allergens. The food came hot and I enjoyed every bite. I will definitely order Wayback when I crave a good burger.
Decided to try last night. I’ve spent years in the quick service arena and was not impressed with the food. The burger was very small, a double with bacon should be hard to eat but I felt like it was the size of a high school lunch burger. Bacon was very thin too. Fries were soft, which I prefer but cold. The milkshake had little ice chips in it which was a turnoff. I don’t know if that’s the norm but Ice cream should never have any noticeable ice in it ever. Excellent customer service at the order counter!! The beef is excellent! I will only eat grass fed beef and I asked the manager where they get it and if I remember correctly he said Michigan, he gave me the name of the company and city but I forgot!! My apologies. The bacon cheese fries are pretty good and so are the milkshakes!!

Used to love this place but experienced the new menu and hated it; they're moving away from what they were built on and going more mainstream. Don't think we'll be returning
