Service was excruciatingly slow. It took one of the girls at least 60 seconds to wrap a burger in paper. Clearly no sense of urgency from the staff, the food was mediocre at best. Sadly disappointing.
I really like their burgers. I've eaten here only twice but both times it was really good!
Honesty, I could've gotten better food across the Street and DQ and for a cheaper price, the staff every time I've gone in there didn't seem like they wanted to be there. My burgers always lack flavor, they fall apart, the onions are soggy and its obvious by the taste that's the oil being used is old. I think it's a cool little place, and for the price I'm paying I want good food!

So gross my food was soggy and the order was completely wrong last time I will eat here! Not to mention they wouldn't refund our money or give us the managers name! I'm complaining to corporate nasty nasty young manager and so unprofessional!

Deemed abusive? Because I said we would be better off having gone to Carl's then giving you a second chance? Tried to give a constructive and polite review as to why I gave two stats. Crumbly burgers and fries that disappointed us.
