Jake has been servicing our hot tub and we are really impressed by his quick and friendly service! Thanks Jake:) would recommend!!
We have used Jake’s spa service numerous times. He is pleasant, dependable and does an excellent job. He never tries to upsell, always provides helpful DYI info if you want it and lets you know if his service would be unnecessary. A provider with such good character, dependable knowledge, and a strong work ethic is invaluable.
We’ve known Jake for over 4 years and give him our highest recommendation. Jake has proven to be reliable, trustworthy and professional. Our jacuzzi has never had an issue during this time. Jake is a family man and often shares stories about his two children. He always comes in smiling and connects with our dog which means our dog can stay outside when Jake arrives. Jake goes above and beyond as exemplified by emptying and filling our jacuzzi when needed.
Jake has been cleaning our spa for 2 years and he’s great! I never have to worry about the spa maintenance - Jake takes care of it all and is always able to answer any questions I have and offer advice. Would recommend him to all my family and friends!
Knowledge and customer service!!! Loved how he took the time to help me understand without pushing anything financially. Would highly recommend!!
