Responded to email and met to show car when I needed to meet.
The car I liked had a matte finish and I told them I had questions and concerns about protecting and maintaining the finish. I spent hours researching the problems with matte finishes using the Internet and contacting various detailers and wrap installers over a week. Only when I was almost done did the salesperson tell me I should contact the company that does all their wraps because that firm is the biggest and best wrap installer in San Diego.
