Loved it great location, superb food and service. Loved the crab dip.
It was really nice enjoying some of the old classics of Jake’s menu. This is the first time in a long time that I had a meal from Jake’s that was made like the old traditional menu. The great Jake’s fillet was amazing. I’ll give you guys a five star in our service was amazing.
Been looking forward for a week being in Billings for dinner at Jakes . Been my go to spot for over 25 years. Had a table in the dining room last night, the whole wall was open to the street every stop light change you couldn’t hear for the buses, cars and motorcycles going thru the gears and the smell of exhaust fumes in the dining room. I will not be back but since the original owners are on the west end and not a part of the downtown place I’ll give it a try.

Craig, we did every single thing in our power to accommodate you. We moved you 4 separate times and you still chose to stay. It was clear there was no way we were going to make you happy. You were rude to numerous employees using profound language in our restaurant. You got in our owners face and disrespected her. 99% of our customers enjoy the atmosphere but if they have a problem we will always accommodate. You told your server your food was great and your service was great. Feel free to take your business elsewhere.

The food was amazing, the service was awesome and the atmosphere was great. The baseball cut steak melted in my mouth. I would highly recommend it for anyone.
