I purchased a car from Jake Sweeney Kia Florence 21 months ago. ****Fusion 2015. I was sold a warranty that i payed a little extra for because the sales guy talked this warranty up so nicely. I had been FOOLED. I drove the car home and within ONE WEEK the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. To add to that I noticed that when i was pumping gas the car would NOT start back up immediately. Terrible experience getting a warranty part replaced.Went fine until they said my battery and starter had suddenly both gone bad while it was in their driveway.Legal action will be forthcoming.Stay away if you value your money.

On October 4th I purchased a 2013 **** Escape from Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence **. On the first day I had the car I called and reported that something felt "off" when I drove it. I was to leave in 2 days on a long trip south to care for a sick relative and I wanted to have it checked out. I figured that since it was newly purchased that it would be a minor repair.
