If I could give **** Sweeney negative numbers, I would they do not honor their warranties on their vehicles and then they say they cant get the vehicle to re-create the same problem so youre pretty much out of luck sorry we cant help you. Ive taken my vehicle to them times for the same issue and they keep telling me theres nothing they can do but a Head mechanic went for a test drive and noticed the problem immediately but yet they couldnt get it to re-create the same problem when they had my vehicle for almost a month
Stacey (he/him) is the reason car salesmen get a bad reputation. I was completely transparent with him and my situation the entire week leading up to the purchase of a car. 5 years ago I bought a car from Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence KY. I then recently moved back to my home state. Right after paying my car off a kid hit into me and it totaled my car. I went to have the title put under my name so the insurance could take over my car. Come to find out, Jake Sweeney Kia had put a lien on my title. They sold me a vehicle with a false carfax report. I had it less than 5 hours and didn't even drive it 40 miles before a transmission fault came up. I took the vehicle for an obd scan and the scan showed a damaged or recalled torque converter. I took the vehicle back to the dealership and they did an estimate for transmission repairs at $4,000. Then they tried to sell me a new car. The vehicle is a lemon.
Charlatans. Incredible lack of professionalism. He stated they would offer their "best deal" but it never was presented. When confronted all I got was excuse after excuse.1. I don't price the cars. 2. The car has low mileage. 3. Then he requests my presence. 3rd car purchased and 100% it will be the last with Jake Sweeney. I traded in a Stinger for an EV6 and was worst mistake I’ve ever made. The car was not charged enough for me to even make it home to Columbus. When I left said 177 mile range, I didn’t make it Columbus before it needed charged and that’s not even 100 miles. I have shopped at Jake Sweeney for the last few cars I have bought. They always have a good variety and if they don't have it they always can get it for me it seems. One thing I have always appreciated is their attention to detail. I like nice things and I take care of my nice things. The cars they get ALWAYS get treated with a paint protection. THIS IS HUGE! On 1/29/2022, I placed a $1000 deposit on an incoming new vehicle from Jake Sweeney Kia. The price of the vehicle was $57,410 and I was told there were no other markups or up-charges of any kind. The vehicle is fully electric, and I was also assured at multiple times (after explicitly asking) that a charger was included with the vehicle.
