Fantastic! Truly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. It was a pleasure to work with Andy! He was very attentive, prompt and responsive. This was our first child’s first car, which is exciting and terrifying, and made the process seamless. He even came in on his day off the day of purchase! Beyond impressed with this dealership!
I had the BEST experience purchasing my brand new Telluride! Austin was super fantastic and made what I wanted happen. He showed me certain features and was kind enough to give me his charger so that I could use my Apple CarPlay. He made sure I had what I needed while I waited to sign the paperwork. Everyone was so friendly. I enjoyed a nice conversation with another salesman while I waited and it helped pass the time. Omg, the service department! I have been at the Florence KY location since 10 am. It is now 1:40pm. For routine maintenance! This is ridiculous! But worse, I'm still waiting.
