I did Jake Cassars White Patch, I highly recommend it. Jake is living and breathing his passions and his course reflects that, his enthusiasm love and knowledge for bushcraft is contagious, awken my curiosity to the wide range of bush craft topics we covered in a jam packed couple of days. He is great fun with a sense of humour that kept me laughing the whole weekend was great medicine for mind body and spirit.

Amazing long weekend spent at Walkabout Wildlife Park Sanctuary alongside my now fellow White Patch crew! Excellent course. If your thinking about trying this course it's so worthwhile. You will learn so much about bush food and basic survival musts like building a grass shelter and starting a fire with a bow and drill. Jake and his team are so keen and at this current price is well under priced for what you get. Good tents and adequate kitchen, warm showers and proper toilets. I highly recommend Jake as a teacher & fun guy to hang out with in nature. He has so much knowledge & is really inspiring in so many ways. We recently did the family white patch course & loved it! Jake is a likeable person who has a real passion for the outdoors and who has an extensive knowledge about plants. My family has attended a number of his courses and we couldn’t recommend them enough with even wife and son who were reluctant to come in the first place now can’t stop talking about what they have learned and now apply it to everyday life. Jake and his team create a relaxed and fun environment for all ages and abilities to access.
