I've been here for 3 months and I love the service and community of the apartments. Everything is handled perfectly at the front office and they are very helpful and friendly.
The move in process with Megan was amazing. Taylor, the previous manager, was also amazing. I now consistently get notes on my door saying they intend to enter and please let them know by the end of that business day if it doesn't work for you. 1. I work and don't get home prior to the end of the business day on the day you leave a note. 2. A quick email saying, "Hey we'd like to enter your apartment for this reason, can you give permission?" would be better and permission would be granted. This apartment community has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, Taylor (The property manager) was super communicative and amazing to work with. She helped make our transition from California so smooth and so stress free. The apartments are amazing. With lots of space, open floor plans, and wonderful amenities, my partner and I love it here. My partner and I moved into Jake about a month ago and it's been nothing but amazing. When we first came to tour in June Taylor warmly walked us through the apartments, followed up with us as we began the application and lease signing process and went above and beyond. Our previous apartment complex (in the Bay Area) took advantage of us and failed to really elevate our community. I haven't moved in yet, my wife and I are moving from Chicago at the end of the month, but I really appreciate the awesome staff who have been so helpful. A big thanks to Megan for all her hard work. The apartments look amazing and I am excited to join the Jake Community!
