RecommendedBrittney (property manager) was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful in answering any questions that I had and was extremely knowledgable about her property. She made the entire process stress-free and seamless which was a breath of fresh air. Brittney was professional, prompt, and very courteous which is above and beyond what I have experienced at other properties.
We moved in to the Jake apartments in May 2018 and we are loving it so far. The management is so friendly and do everything in their power to help out in any way they can. The community is quiet and friendly and the amenities are great. We haven't had a chance to make it to one of the community events yet, but we are looking forward to meeting more of our neighbors. We are loving Jake! :)

I checked out Jake at Indian Trail when I was in town. The environment is very welcoming quiet and the staff was very helpful and informative. I would recommend Jake to anybody looking for a place to live in the area.
My husband and I moved in this month and have really enjoyed ourselves so far. Maintenance fixed a leaky sink right away and we were offered a discount on move in fees. The place is very modern, clean and full of storage. We're pleased with our apartment choice.
Jake has been an fabulous place to live. We've been here for almost a year, and they feel like family. The staff are super friendly, and the whole complex is quiet and clean. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome apartment.
Jake is a good apartment complex, everything is very aesthetically pleasing. Some of the construction seems like it was done too quickly, leaving things like ceiling corners unpainted. That being said, management deserves 5 stars for their consideration, flexibility, and overall friendliness. They put a lot of effort into the events they host. I'd recommend this complex.
When we moved back to Spokane, Jake made the whole process very easy coming all the way from Texas! When issues occurred, Jake was always very understanding and prompt in taking care of them. Overall, Jake was a wonderful place to live!
We just moved in and the apartments are wonderful! Staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. They are consistently telling us they want us to be happy, which is nice since we lived in a home for 20 years and living in apartment is a huge change. They are pet friendly, spacious and modern. We have been at the pool every day the last week!
