I moved out of Jakes in May and received a letter I will receive 1,285.00 back for my deposit within 30 days. I’ve waited and waited and then started calling and I have got no help and no deposit. So I live in the Diamond Rock rentals now and it’s managed by the same company. I’m just gonna take it out of my rent this month. It’s the only way i know how to get my money back. If that’s a problem send my money or call me and let me know what’s going on. This is ridiculous
Greystar is allowing management at the Jake at Indian trail to use the gym before it opens to residents (supposedly in phase 3) and claims that they aren't putting people at risk for illness when they don't even have cleaning products in the gym. They allow their residents to have their cars broken into and take days to respond on the message boards about it. They take ages to return phone calls and can't even keep the ONE trash compactor emptied. They're rude and disrespectful to their residents. I was one of at least 10 re... read more

RecommendedI have lived here for almost one year. During this time, the staff have been courteous and helpful when ever I had a question or concern. Today I had an expensive item delivered to my doorstep (usually FedEx delivers to the office). When I noticed the package ended up on my doorstep, I called the office and asked if the package was in the office. Michael stated it wasn't, but quickly offered to go and get it. The folks at the Jake have been amazing. They have been extremely helpful, understanding, and pleasant to interact with from the very first moment we called them from 2600 miles away. We were moving across the country and honestly in kind of a pinch. We called dozens of different rental agencies and apartment complexes from Spokane to Seattle, and the wonderful ladies at the Jake were the only ones to give us the time of day. I worked with Rylee for over a month on getting into the right home for me. She did a fantastic job showing me many different floor plans and options that fit my lifestyle and needs. I came in as soon as the office opened to look at a potential apartment for myself and was happily greeted by Ashtin. She was a great help in my search and kept in contact as much as she could to help me find the right place. Also, she makes amazing cookies! Super friendly staff and great looking apartments. If it weren’t for a 40 minute commute to work from Indian trail I would have moved in that day!
We moved in around April and love it here,Peaceful and the managers are so nice!
I have been dealing with Maggie Ecklund, and she has been exceptional with answering my questions and following up with me. I would highly recommended these apartments to anyone.
