My mother had been going here since November and she still does not have her dentures. He kept making her come in for fittings finally he ordered them. They didn’t come in and he said they were stolen. He did however bill the insurance company. Do not go here!!
Non professional approach. They don't understand they are dealing with patients who need care and treatment. Front end staff is so bad. I don't understand who gave them 3 stars.
I love him. Very old school and brutally honest. He tells you how it’s but also gives you the best option. He dosent like to just pull like most do. He helps and does the work that’s needed. Thank you for helping me get my smile back!
Used to like taking my kids here. Now I believe it has gone down hill. Im not talking about the doctor either. The receptionist is just horrible. I have called for over 2 weeks and left several messages. No one called me back. I then called again and the receptionist answered and put me on hold to never come back. Then I called back and she promised me a call. She was adimet that she would call me back in 5 minutes. Never happened. I then called several more times and left messages. No response.
